 24-Hour Cancellation Policy

To ensure fair scheduling and availability for all Clients, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for the cancellation or rescheduling of any driving lesson service. 

Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Driving lessons may be canceled or rescheduled without charge if at least 24 hours' notice is provided.
• Lessons canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged at 100% of the lesson fee.
• Clients who do not attend their scheduled lesson without notice ("no-shows") will be charged the full lesson fee.
• If a Client arrives late, the lesson will still finish at the scheduled time to avoid impacting other bookings. The full lesson fee remains payable.

Exceptional Circumstances We understand that emergencies can occur. In exceptional circumstances, cancellation fees may be waived at the discretion of management. 

Instructor Cancellations If we need to cancel a lesson due to instructor illness, vehicle issues, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, the lesson will be rescheduled at no additional cost. 

Acceptance of Policy By booking a lesson with You Got This Driver Training, Clients acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
